International Shipping Policy

We regularly ship orders internationally using United States Postal Service Express Airmail. To place an order please proceed to our secure online ordering system where you will be asked for the quantity of your order, your shipping and billing information, and credit card number. Shipping charges for all international orders are the same as domestic orders, except, ALL international orders are charged an additional shipping fee of USD$70.00. This fee is designed to cover the additional costs of international postage. If the actual shipping costs of your package are less we will reimburse your credit card when your package ships. If they are more we will request further payment. Listed below are shipping costs for several example countries.

We ship international orders every Tuesday and Thursday, except on holidays, and we need a minimum of 24 hours from the time of your order until the time of shipment to allow our credit card company to run a security check. Shipping usually takes 3-4 business days. After we ship your package we will send you a USPS tracking number so that you can track your package.

Example: If you live in Hong Kong and would like to order 1 Neera Detox Diet pack and 3 cans of Madal Bal Natural Tree Syrup the shipping cost would be USD$85.00. When you place your order using the online shopping cart you will be charged USD$96.00 ($8/Neera Pack + $6/Syrup Can + $70). When we ship your package we will refund your credit card USD$11.00.

Warning: When placing your order please make sure your address in correct. If an order is returned because of an insufficient or incorrect address we will not be responsible for paying additional shipping costs.
